SIHH 2014: IWC Aquatimer Automatic 2000
The watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen at the SIHH 2014 will introduce a new model Aquatimer Automatic 2000 (Ref. IW358002) from the Aquatimer 2014 collection.
"The Aquatimer 2014 collection comes under the sign of the theory of evolution: the success reaches the one who strives for the development and self-improvement, - says IWC Schaffhausen Director of Marketing and Communications, Goris Verburg. - It is for this reason that in 2009 we came progressively to update the collection, not interfering in its DNA. We took into account the main factors that are appreciated by our clients in the Aquatimer watch. This large, yet elegant watch that is perfect for diving, and will also be relevant to any business meeting. Sports and adventure, excellent mechanics - all this reflects well the basic message of IWC – “Engineered for Men”.
The Aquatimer Automatic 2000 watch has a 45 mm titanium case, in which is set the manufacturing caliber 80110 with Pellatona winding system.

One of the major technical innovations of the last Aquatimer watch generation is the principle of internal and external rotating bezel with anti immersion - SaveDive system by IWC. With this system, the mechanism is protected from salt water, dirt and other foreign substances. Super-LumiNova ®, which is covered with a dive time scale (inner ring), provides an excellent readability in all conditions. Two-tone colors of the dial make an orientation in the dark. The pointers needed when submerged, highlighted in green, and the hour markings - blue.
The new Aquatimer Automatic 2000 watch comes on a black rubber strap.
