The new limited edition watches Grande Reverso 976 Guillermo Ceniceros by Jaeger-LeCoultre in honor of Guillermo Ceniceros
In celebrating the 80th anniversary of an icon wristwatch Reverso the watch company Jaeger-LeCoultre has decided to invite famous artists to participate in creating exclusive limited edition lines.
Uniqueness and originality of the artistic direction of the Art Deco helped to choose Jaeger-LeCoultre. The company has released a new wristwatch Grande Reverso 976 Guillermo Ceniceros, dedicated to the famous Mexican muralist and engraver Guillermo Ceniceros. On the case back of the magnificent works of art in the form of wrist watch there are engraved two different perceptions of Homo sapiens: the model with the stainless steel case displays a duality of human nature in the modern perception, and in the case of white gold displays a man in motion.
The novelty with steel case and lacquered engraving is available in limited edition of 50 items and the model with the case in rose gold is issued in 10 instances.
The novelty has a case in the sizes of 30x48, 5 mm and a simple black dial decorated with hour’s markers in the Art Deco style and double finishing. The rectangle in the dial center is decorated with the guilloche and Clous de Paris pattern, the rest of the dial is decorated with satin trim. This elegant ornament is repeated on the surface of the small second hand indicator at the 6 o’clock position. Time is indexed on the dial by the central hour, minute and second hands in the style of "baton".
The new watch is based on the manufacturing mechanical mechanism Calibre Jaeger-LeCoultre 976 with manual winding. The caliber on the 19 jewels is composed of 151 components and has a 48-hour power reserve and balance frequency of 28 800 vph. The thickness of the movement is 4, 15 mm.
Grande Reverso 976 Guillermo Ceniceros comes on an alligator strap with folding clasp.
