Tank MC by Cartier
The legendary company Cartier has developed a new model Tank MC, which will be presented in two versions: with a case in stainless steel or 18-carat pink gold.
The novelty has a rectangular polished case in length of 44 mm, a width of 34.3 mm and a thickness of 9.5 mm. Placed at the 3 o’clock position, the crown is adorned with a blue sapphire. The guilloche dial in silver or black is fitted with black or white Roman numerals, central hands to indicate the hours and minutes, date aperture at the 3 o’clock position and the small second’s is set at the 6 o’clock position. Sapphire crystal, set also on the back cover, protects the dial.

The new Tank MC watch operates on the base of the manufacturing caliber 1904 MC-PS with two wind-up barrels, two-way lever of the winding mechanism “Magic Lever”, C-shaped controller. Presented in the title the “PS” abbreviation means “petite seconde” – “small seconds."
The mechanism is equipped with a 48-hour power reserve, functions of hours, minutes, seconds and date.
The novelty comes on a leather strap in black or brown with a buckle made of stainless steel or 18-carat pink gold.
Caliber 1904 MC-PS
The model Tank MC will be officially presented at the international watch exhibition Watches & Wonders, which will be held from 25 to 28 September this year in Hong Kong.
To buy the watch is possible at a price of $ 8 000 – with a stainless steel case and for $ 24,000 - with a body of 18-carat pink gold.
