New Cartier Rotonde de Cartier Perpetual Calendar Chronograph

The gorgeous novelty Rotonde de Cartier Perpetual Calendar Chronograph by the legendary company Cartier combines two complications - chronograph and perpetual calendar. It is provided by a mechanism with functions 9423 MC, enclosed in a 42 mm round case of white or pink gold. The dark brown dial is equipped with pointers, Arabic numerals and central hands to indicate the hours, minutes and seconds. The retrograde hand on the scale at the bottom of the dial is provided to indicate the days of the week.
The watch comes on a dark brown leather strap with a gold clasp.
