In anticipation of SIHH 2013 - Cartier Rotonde Panthere Granulation Watch

The company Cartier in anticipation of SIHH 201 has introduced a new luxury model Rotonde Panthere Granulation. The novelty is included into the known collection Cartier d'Art, famous for its unique specimens, to create of which are used unique jewelry technologies. The dial of the model Rotonde Panthere Granulation is decorated with golden beads of various calibers, from which is designed the image of a Panther - a symbol of Cartier.

The masters puts hand pattern of tiny beads made of 22K yellow gold. This technique is one of the oldest varieties of beading used in the decoration of the first jewelry dating back to the third millennium BC. Back-breaking contribution to the development of this technique is made by the Etruscans, and so it is called the "Etruscan granulation." The watchmakers of Cartier with the creation of this watch wanted to draw public attention to the art of ancient people.

The round case of the novelty in diameter of 42 mm is made of 18K yellow gold. 306 diamonds decorate the bezel and case, equipped with anti-reflective on both sides of sapphire crystal. Water resistant of the watch - 30 meters.
