The Beverly Hills Hotel & Bungalows - one of the legendary hotels. Since the history of Beverly – Hills began - the elite district of the present Los Angeles. The hotel was justified in 1912 under the leadership of Margaret Anderson and her son, Stanley. Already in the mid of 20s it was not just a hotel, where silent film stars Rudolph Valentino, Gloria Swanson and Charlie Chaplin lived. Several years in the halls of the hotel passed the city celebrations, which were replaced during the week of school lessons, and on Sundays - church services.
Over the years, "Pink Lady”, as the hotel is sometimes called, has become a place where not only wanted to get a movie star, but everybody.
The novelty 1966 Pink Palace by Girard-Perregaux is presented in a circular case with a diameter of 38 mm in pink or white gold. The model is equipped by a white dial with gold hour markers, three hands, and the date aperture date at the 3 o’clock position. Hour and minute hands are made of 18 carat gold. Special originality of the novelty is given by the central second’s hand in a pink color, which harmonizes with a pink color (back side) of a leather strap.

The model 1966 Pink Palace is collected on the basis of the manufacturing movement Girard-Perregaux 3300-0030 with an automatic movement with a 46-hour power reserve.
The novelty 1966 Pink Palace is released in a limited edition. The first models of this series was awarded actor and director Warren Beatty for his contribution to the development of The Motion Picture & Television Fund, providing support to employees of the film industry.
