SIHH 2012: New Girard-Perregaux 1966 Lady Moon phase Watch

The wristwatch Girard-Perregaux 1966 Lady Moon phase, made on the basis of the manufacturing automatic movement, the company has presented at the SIHH 2012, once again confirming the skill of the creating an elegant feminine wristwatch equipped with a lunar calendar.
For the construction of the case is chosen gold. As noted by the creators of the watch, this material is suitable in order to emphasize the grace and nobility of the model’s classical style. The dial is also decorated in the classic style: Roman hour index, an indicator of lunar phases.
The beauty of the model design is combined with the skill of the mechanism’s execution. The heart of the watch is the manufactory movement with automatic winding, power reserve - 46 hours. The caliber in rose gold is made with the hand-engraved initials of the company’s logo - GP.
The watch case, made of rose gold, is equipped with a round anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The round bezel is decorated with 54 diamonds (1.35 carats around). The water resistance of the model is 30 meters. The crown is made of pink gold with logo’s engraving - GP. The dial is made of mother of pearl. The mechanism of the watch is a manufactory caliber 3300-0067 on the basis of 32 jewels. The watch strap is made of lacquered alligator leather.
