WW.TC DARK NIGHT Limited Edition Watch by Girard-Perregaux
The new WW.TC DARK NIGHT Limited Edition watch, presented in the current 2012 by the known Swiss company Girard-Perregaux, differs with a saturated-black case, a strap and a dial. The exterior of the model is made in the best tradition of classical style; with regard to technical equipment, the model is modified in a characteristic for the brand displaying world time (ww.tc - worldwide time control) in combination with chronograph function.
The round case of the novelty, made of black ceramic, has a diameter of 43 mm. Inside the ceramic frame is built a titanium carcass. The crown and chronograph pushers are covered by black rubber. The crown is placed at the 3 o’clock position, at the 9 o’clock position is located a screwed head of the inner rotating schedule control. On the top the case is protected by a sapphire glass, which also serves as the back side on the six screws.

Matte black dial is graduated by markings in the form of Arabic numbers. Time is indexed on the dial with hour and minute hands coated with white fluorescent substance. Small second’s hand is put on the lateral dial at the 3 o’clock position. Date is built into the aperture, located between markers 1 and 2. At the periphery the dial is marked by the names of cities, but the world time is indexed on the inside of a rotating circular scale with a 24-hour markings and pointer of the day / night. Functions of fly-back-chronograph are displayed on a 30-minute display at the 9 o’clock position, 12-hour indicator at 6 o'clock position, and with the central second’s hand.
The model WW.TC DARK NIGHT Limited Edition comes on a black rubber strap and equipped with a stainless steel buckle.
For fans of the company's Girard-Perregaux to buy the watch WW.TC DARK NIGHT Limited Edition will be quite difficult, since the model is not only released in a limited quantity of 25 instances, but will be available only in specialized boutiques in the United States.
