In anticipation of SIHH-2013: Grand Lange 1 Lumen Watch by A. Lange & Söhne

German company A. Lange & Sohne has announced the Grand Lange 1 Lumen watch. Officially, the novelty will be presented at the forthcoming annual salon SIHH, which will be held in Geneva in January 2013.
The new model retains all the key elements of the Lange 1 collection - a round case, decentralized dial and, of course, a large date display in digital format. A distinctive feature of the Grand Lange 1 Lumen watch is a translucent tinted sapphire dial, through which the numbers on the calendar disc are visible.

The novelty is presented in a case of platinum, based on manufactory mechanism L095.2 with the function of indicating hours, minutes (by using the hands located at the decentralized dial), seconds (hand at the 5 o’clock position), date (double aperture date at 1 o’clock position ) and power reserve ( indicator at the 3 o'clock position).
The watch will be released in a limited edition of 100 items.
