Watch of Elvis Presley at the Antiquorum
Beautiful Omega Constellation watch, formerly belonging to the worldwide rock'n'roll legend Elvis Presley, will be put up for sale at Antiquorum auction in the category of Important and Modern Vintage Timepieces. The auction will be held in June 12, 2012 in New York.
Omega Constellation watches with a black dial and calendar, adorned the king of rock 'n roll wrist, was presented to Charlie Hodge - a longtime friend of Elvis and his trustee. Charlie Hodge played in a band of the great Elvis, and in 2007 a talented musician was honored at an official ceremony in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Hodge says: "Several times I have spoken to Elvis how beautiful his watch ... and he took them off the wrist and gave it to me."
With the self-winding, center second’s hand, high water resistance, stainless steel chronograph buttons in pink gold, the watch with black dial was released in about 1960. It is expected that the lot will be sold for $ 10,000 - $ 20,000, and the future owner of the chronometer will receive a letter as a gift confirming the authenticity and signed by Hodge.

Only a few copies of Haute Horlogerie, belonged to Elvis Presley, are still reminiscent of the era. Elvis had a beautiful collection of watches from companies Hamilton and Rolex, but Omega Constellation holds a special place.

The initial display of the collection will be held from 9 to 11 June in New York.
