OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean Platinum World Debut

The impressive list of innovations and world premieres OMEGA is replenished with the release of the unmatched watch Seamaster Planet Ocean Platinum. This world premiere of a brand new complex and subtle technology allows diamond-encrusted such solid materials as ceramics and sapphire crystal. The exclusive watch is produced in a limited edition of eight pieces.

The innovative technology is to provide an unprecedented level of coupling solid surface and diamond. Inlay begins with engraving on the solid surface of the cavity special five-axis laser that ensures the accuracy of its shapes and forms. The exclusive alloy Pt850 Liquidmetal ® is used for filling cavities. Diamonds are then reinforced in the traditional way on the alloy.
The new model Seamaster Planet Ocean with a diameter of 43.5 mm, to which the innovation is applied, has a matte polished case of platinum 950 with twodirectionial rotating bezel with the 24-hour GMT- scale. The case is decorated with 69 baguette-cut diamonds, polished black ceramic bezel, encrusted with twelve diamonds on the of GMT scale and one full-cut diamond at the 24 o’clock position.
Along with 31 full-cut diamonds, of which Omega logo on the case back with sapphire crystal is laid, the Seamaster Planet Ocean Platinum watch is decorated with 113 diamonds weighing 2.69 carats.

The anti-reflective convex scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the polished black ceramic bezel with indices of white gold 18 K, numbers and hands. In the heart of the watch - the OMEGA caliber 8615 with coaxial escapement and silicon balance spring Si14. The helpful GMT- complication allows the owner to track the time in another time zone.
The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean Platinum, waterproof up to 60 bar (600 metrov/2000 feet), is equipped with a strap made of black alligator leather with platinum stitching and a buckle in 950 platinum. The kit also includes a black rubber strap and a special tool to change straps.
The watch is sold in a special wooden box with a 4- year warranty.
