SIHH 2014: New Vacheron Constantin Exciting Models

The known watchmaker Vacheron Constantin in anticipation of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie 2014 exhibition has introduced three new watches.
The first model - Malte Tourbillon Collection Excellence Platine is the latest addition of the Collection Excellence Platine. The watch, first introduced last year in a case of rose gold, will now be released of 50 instances in platinum.

The Malte Tourbillon Collection Excellence Platine case with dimensions of 38x48, 24 mm is made of platinum 950. The dial, also made of platinum, is equipped with Roman numerals and hands in white gold, as well as the inscription “Pt 950 “between the 4 and 5 o`clock positions. At the 6 o`clock position is posted the tourbillon carriage, made in the form of a Maltese cross. The watch operates on the base of the manual winding caliber 2795 of 169 parts, 2- day power reserve. The novelty comes on a dark blue handmade leather strap with silk inserts and platinum wire and a clasp in platinum 950.
Malte tourbillon high jewellery - the second model, which will be presented at SIHH 2014. The fine watch has a case with dimensions of 38 x 48.24 mm in 18- carat white gold. The novelty is completely encrusted with 208 carefully crafted baguette diamonds. The back cover is decorated with an additional 20 diamonds, 4 more diamonds adorn the crown.
The watch dial is made of 18-carat gold and showered with 174 baguette-cut diamonds. At the 6 o`clock position is the tourbillon carriage. It takes more than 100 hours of a jeweler`s work on drawing up the composition from precious stones with a total weight of about 19.6 carats.

The model is equipped with a manual winding mechanism Calibre 2795 and a 2-day power reserve. The watch is completed by an alligator strap with a folding clasp in 18-carat white gold with 12 baguette-cut diamonds.
The third model - Patrimony Traditionnelle high jewellery small from the Patrimony collection is also a proof of the high skill.
The novelty has a case of 18-carat white gold, adorned with 124 baguette-cut diamonds. The crown is encrusted with 12 diamonds and a scattering of 156 gems represented on the dial, also made of 18 - carat gold.

Patrimony Traditionnelle high jewellery small model watch

Compared with the two previous models, the novelty has no tourbillon carriage. The Patrimony Traditionnelle high jewellery small model is delivered on a satin strap with a black buckle in 18 - carat white gold, adorned with 12 baguette-cut diamonds. The delicious novelty is presented in two versions: with a case in a diameter of 40 mm or 35 mm. The watch runs on a mechanical movement.
