Patrimony Traditionnelle World Time Timepiece by Vacheron Constantin for Only Watch 2013
Only Watch charity auction held every two years in Monaco during the Monaco Yacht Show. This year, the auction will be held on September 28. All the proceeds from Only Watch go to support research for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Especially for a charity auction, the legendary watchmaker Vacheron Constantin has released a unique model Patrimony Traditionnelle World Time.

The round polished watch case is made of platinum. Its diameter is 42.5 mm, thickness - 11 mm, water resistant - 30 meters. On the crown, placed at the 3 o’clock position, is engraved the Maltese Cross - the Vacheron Constantin’s logo. On the top of the housing and its back cover is installed sapphire. The back cover is decorated with engraving “Only Watch 2013, Piece Unique”.
The dial of the magnificent watch Patrimony Traditionnelle World Time from the center to the periphery consists of four zones:
1. the gray map of Europe, which is made in the notched enamel technique, diamond-cut diamonds encrusted in a place where there is Monaco;
2. the white metal ring with the names of cities in different time zones, with black letters are written the names of 24 cities, gray - 30 cities and red - the name of Monaco;
3. the sapphire ring with 24-hour markings, half of which is red in color (points to the night-time) and white (indicating daytime);
4. the white metal ring, located on the periphery of the dial with a black minute markings and applied hour indices in 18-carat white gold.

The novelty Patrimony Traditionnelle World Time is based on the manufacturing Swiss automatic movement Vacheron Constantin 2460WT, marked by Hallmark of Geneva. The diameter of the caliber - 36.60 mm, thickness - 8.10 mm, collected on 27 jewels, has a frequency 28800 vibrations per hour, power reserve of 40 hours, and functions of hours, minutes, seconds, world time showing day / night (totally 37 time zones).
The model comes on a black alligator strap with a platinum buckle in the shape of a half Maltese cross.
