Swiss watch company Zenith has introduced a second model Academy Christophe Colomb Tribute to Charles Fleck, replenished the known Academy collection. The novelty is named after the eminent master watchmaker Charles Fleck, who worked from 1925 to 1956 in the factory of the company and the author of a number of patents. Charles Fleck participated in the development of a mechanism 135, which won in five years the prestigious Best Wristwatch Prize and other chronometric competitions.

The model has a round case of platinum (Ref. 27.00.2218.630 and Ref. 27.00.2218.631) or 18K white gold (Ref. 27.31.0003.940).
