BaselWorld 2012: El Primero Chronomaster Open Watch by Zenith

Renowned Swiss watchmaker Zenith at the world exhibition BaselWorld 2012 has introduced a novelty from the exciting watch line of El Primero Chronomaster Open.
This line became the core of Zenith collection and is represented in a wide range of models, which are recognizable at a glance, thanks to the open mechanism on the dials.
The models of the line El Primero Chronomaster Open are available in the cases of 42 and 45 mm diameters, made of platinum, of various shades of gold and stainless steel. On the silvered or black dial are marked hour indices, original hands, made of different materials, and, of course, the second or minute counters, the power reserve indicator. The models are complemented by leather straps in black or brown or steel bracelets. A small window at the 9 and 11 o’clock positions has become a characteristic feature of all the watches in this line, which allows enjoying the work of the manufacturing movement.
The new model El Primero Chronomaster Open has retained all the characteristics for models of this line features and characteristics. It is an excellent example of an ideal combination of cutting-edge technologies and unsurpassed elegance. The watch is presented in 42 mm cases of pink gold or steel with white pearl dials. A new element for these models is the incrustation of the dial with 21 diamonds, inserted instead of hour markers. Indication of hours, minutes and seconds is carried out by means of three central hands. At the 3 o’clock position is placed a separate 30-second counter with a blue hand. Between 5 and 8 o’clock positions there is a power reserve indicator.
The manufacturing mechanism of company Zenith, developed in 1969, is visible from the front side through a special window. At the periphery of the silver pearl dial there is a tachometer scale.
The original crown is placed at the 4 o’clock position and surrounded by chronograph buttons, made in vintage style.
Waterproof of the model is up to 100 meters. To buy the El Primero Chronomaster Open watch will be available on a black alligator strap or steel bracelet.
