Mille Miglia Zagato Chronograph Timepiece by Chopard

Chopard Manufacture in Milan has introduced a new watch Mille Miglia Zagato Chronograph. The choice of the city is no accident, because it is the hometown of Milan `s famous company Zagato, produces casings for cars to order and a partner of Chopard. The cooperation between the two brands began when the co-president of Chopard Karl -Friedrich Scheufele met with Andrea Zagato during the starts of the Mille Miglia classic race, sponsored by Chopard for the past 25 years. Two brands share the same values of excellence and creativity in creating technical masterpieces. Note that Zagato has collaborated with such legendary motorsport companies like Ferrari, Lancia, Maserati, Aston Martin, Bentley and Alfa Romeo. As for Chopard, it began to produce a series of commemorative watches Mille Miglia in 1988.

The model Mille Miglia Zagato Chronograph is made in the style of classic grand touring cars. The watch dial is decorated with reticulated motif representing the Zagato `s logo in the form of Z. Red is the color that is used to decorate the novelty; the color is a landmark for the company Zagato and the Mille Miglia collection by Chopard.

The novelty has a slim case with a diameter of 42.5 mm. The watch is released in two versions, with 500 items - one of which has a steel case with DLC coating, and the other is equipped by a rose gold bezel with a red bar that displays the second time zone. A leather strap complements the model. Both versions of the straps are made of leather with a central groove Barenia that form the roof of the Zagato, resembled the “double bubble”. The back cover is decorated with the engraved Mille Miglia logo - the figure 1000, concluded in the hand, and the inscription Zagato.
