Chopard Presents Mille Miglia 2013 Chronograph Timepiece

The Swiss watchmaker Chopard presents a novelty Mille Miglia 2013 Chronograph, which is in a limited edition.

The model has a round polished case in 18-carat pink gold or stainless steel. The case diameter is 44 mm, thickness - 13.7 mm, water-resistant - 100 meters. The fixed bezel features with a tachymeter scale.

On the matt black dial, there are located applied hour marks, which, like hands, covered with white luminous material. At the 3 o'clock position are posted date aperture, which is inserted into the red frame with a triangular pointer. There is an inscription "1000 Miglia” in the frame. The chronograph pointers are made in white, placed at the 12, 6 and 9 o’clock positions. The central hand with a triangular pointer in white luminous, is provided for displaying a second time zone. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial.

The new Mille Miglia 2013 Chronograph watch operates on the base of the Swiss automatic caliber ETA Valgranges A07-171, on the 25 jewels, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, 46-hour power reserve, and functions of hours, minutes, seconds, date, second time zone and chronograph. The mechanism is officially certified by COSC (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) as a chronometer.

The novelty comes on a black rubber strap with stainless steel buckle.
The model is released in a limited edition: 2013 items in a stainless steel case and 250 items in a 18-carat pink gold case.
