Chopard Presents L.U.C Engine One H Timepiece

Swiss watch brand Chopard has announced the release of a new limited edition model L.U.C Engine One H. The prototype of the novelty was presented in 2010 under the name L.U.C Engine One. An additional letter «H» indicates the horizontal location of caliber that is unusual for the previous model. It should be noted, of course, it gives originality and unique style to the watch.

The case in diameter of 44.5 mm is horizontally elongated and made of partly polished and matt titanium. The crown at the 12 o’clock position, screwed into the case, equipped with double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The amazingly beautiful dial with two plates, decorated with horizontal grooves at the top and bottom of it, with central hour and minute hands. The second’s hand, painted in red, is located on the tourbillon carriage set at the 3 o'clock position. Power reserve is indexed using an analog pointer at the 9 o’clock position.

Chopard L.U.C Engine One H watch caseback

The novelty L.U.C Engine One H operates on the base of the Swiss manufacturing movement Chopard L.U.C 04.02-L with manual winding, 29 jewels. The caliber has a balance frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz).
The watch comes on a thick leather strap in black. The model is released in a limited quantity of 100 items.
