L.U.C. Lunar One Watch in new interpretation by Chopard

Beautiful watch with perpetual calendar function L.U.C. Lunar One of the prestigious collection, named after company founder Louis-Ulysse Chopard, were first introduced by Chopard in 2005. Executed in an elegant, classic style, the novelty is presented in two versions: with 18K white gold case (Ref. 161927-1001) or 18K rose gold (Ref. 161927-5001). The round case has a diameter of 43 mm and a thickness of 11.47 mm. The crown, set at the 3 o'clock position, decorated with the logo of the L.U.C. line on the top. The crown has a fairly large form - 6.50 mm in diameter. The watch water-resistant is up to 50 meters. The front side of the case is protected by anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which serves also as a transparent case back.
The silver-matte dial is marked with overlaid gold Roman numerals. Time is indexed on the dial by means of the central hour and minute hands, made of gold. Small seconds hand is put out to the lateral of the dial at the 6 o’clock position. Date is set in a large double aperture at 12 o’clock position, hand-type day of the week pointer at the 9 o'clock position is aligned with the pointer of the day / night, and hand-type month pointer at 3 o’clock position is combined with leap year indicator. The round moon phase indicator is located at the 6 o’clock position.
Inside the case is built a manufacturing mechanism L.U.C. 96.13-L (L.U.C. 96QP) Automatic. The reliable caliber, collected on the 32 jewels, provides a 70-hour power reserve and the balance frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The diameter of the caliber is 33.00 mm, and the thickness is 6.00 mm. The mechanism is beautifully decorated and finished. He is certified by COSC as a chronometer, as well as the caliber is marked by Poinçon de Genève.
The new L.U.C. Lunar One watch comes on an alligator brown or black strap with a cognac-colored inner lining. The buckle on the strap is made of 18K gold.
