Audemars Piguet has filed a lawsuit against Tommy Hilfiger and Movado

The famous watchmaker Audemars Piguet has filed a lawsuit against the brands Tommy Hilfiger and Movado (the company produces watches for Tommy Hilfiger) for allegedly copying his model of Royal Oak. Copying is meant a similar octagonal case and a bezel attached to the case by 8 screws.

Models are indeed similar. However, the company Audemars Piguet wins or not, time will tell. We note only that the brand has already achieved an injunction on sales of watches Tommy Hilfiger Eton in the United States.
