This company is one of the oldest watch manufactory. The ruling in Geneva, XVI-XVII factory company Vacheron Constantin's hard work, successful business in every way and fought with the luxury of leaving the lovers of beautiful things only loophole - to create luxury Swiss watches. Second half of its brand name acquired by François Constantin, who helped when Vacheron fell into crisis during the monarchy. Francois was an experienced trader and explorer. His idea of selling watches and their public relations were so good and interesting, that Constantine became a partner in the firm and April 1, 1819 it was renamed the Vacheron Constantin.
Brand's Maltese Cross appeared on the watch Vacheron Constantin in 1880. However, it has appeared much earlier in watches and the Maltese cross has little to do.
