Breguet Classique Souscription Returns in Platinum
Breguet’s Classique Souscription 2026PT/28/9W6 introduces a platinum case to the single-hand wristwatch that won the 2025 GPHG Aiguille d’Or in Breguet gold. The new version retains the manually wound architecture and enamel dial of that earlier watch.
Blue markings on white enamel
The dial has a gold base covered with white grand feu enamel. Blue petit feu enamel forms the Breguet signature, Arabic numerals and minute track, replacing the black markings of the gold edition. A single flame-blued steel hand, with Breguet’s open circular tip, indicates the time.
The hand is curved manually. A diamond-point pantograph engraves the Souscription inscription, serial number and secret signature into the enamel. The domed bezel is polished, while the case sides have a brushed finish. Integrated lugs replace the straight, soldered lugs found on many other Classique models.
A visible central barrel
The sapphire caseback exposes the VS00’s large central barrel and surrounding gear train. The brass movement components receive a gold-colored treatment matching the tone of Breguet gold. Shot-blasted surfaces contrast with polished bevels and blued screws.
The ratchet wheel carries an engraving reproducing Abraham-Louis Breguet’s handwriting. A Nivachron balance spring uses a Breguet overcoil, and the movement runs at 3 Hz. Around the display back, the platinum rim carries the Quai de l’Horloge guilloché pattern.

The name refers to Abraham-Louis Breguet’s subscription system, under which clients paid part of the price in advance when ordering a watch.
