New Breguet Timepiece for Only Watch 2013
At the upcoming charity auction Only Watch 2013, the Swiss watch brand Breguet will present its new original model Classique Chronograph openworked 5284 (Ref. 5284BA/10/9ZU).
The round polished case of the novelty is made of 18-carat yellow gold. Waterproof to 30 meters, the case with the fluted sides has a diameter of 42.5 mm. The crown, set at the 3 o'clock position, on the top is decorated with the Breguet’s logo. On the front of the building is equipped with a sapphire crystal, also set on the back cover.

The marking of the sapphire dial is made of black Roman numerals appearing on the ring located on the periphery. The central of hour and minute hands with “Breguet apples” are gold. The small second” hand is put on the lateral dial located at the 9 o'clock position. Chronograph functions with column wheel are displayed on a 30-minute indication at the 3 o'clock position, and through the central second’s hand with a red ring on its counterweight.
The novelty operates on the base of the manufacturing Swiss hand-wound movement Breguet 533.2 SQ, assembled at 21 jewels. The unique caliber has a balance frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour (2.5 Hz) and provides a 48-hour power reserve. The caliber, partially skeletonized, is decorated with excellent hand engraving and adjusted in five positions.
The watch is available on an elegant brown alligator leather strap with a buckle in 18-carat yellow gold.
