Construction of the New Hublot Manufacture in Nyon

Famous watchmaker Hublot has begun preparations to build a second factory in Nyon (Switzerland).

The official launch ceremony was attended by the chairman of the brand Jean-Claude Biver, CEO Ricardo Guadalupe and Mayor of Nyon, Daniel Rossel.

New manufactory is building in Nyon by the project of the architectural firm Tsoretra

The manufactory, which is designed by the architectural firm Coretra, is located next to the Hublot main building in Nyon.

Annex will allow Hublot to create 100 new jobs, bringing the total number of employees to 400 in Switzerland. One part of the new building is designed to produce in-house movements, cases and other watch components, and the other part will be allocated under the service center and administrative offices.

Joining Hublot in 2004, Biver has breathed new life into production

The construction of the building, area 743 sq.m., is scheduled for completion by August 2015.
