Hublot has support Womanity Foundation

Womanity Foundation welcomed the enthusiastic crowd of more than 1,000 guests at a fund-raiser in the night from 30 to 31 January. During the event, a record sum that amounted to CHF 2 million has been raised. All proceeds were directed to a program of fund to support disadvantaged women and girls in Afghanistan, Brazil, India, as well as in the Middle East and North Africa.

The first special edition of Hublot "Womanity" watches, which were released exclusively to fund in a limited edition, were sold at auction for 60,000 CHF not without the direct participation of the Jean-Claude Biver.

Other items included a vintage Rolls Royce; unique FIAT 500, designed by Francesca Versace specially for this event; SMART car, decorated by Philippe Pasqua; works of contemporary art, including a dazzling portrait of Brigitte Bardot, painted live by Rayvardom Michael; and sculpture Duo MainTenant by Eleanor Cardozo.

Among the guests can be found the Minister of Francophone Affairs, as well as producer, playwright and documentary filmmaker Yamina Benguigui, vice president and creative director of Chopard Caroline Gruosi, designer Francesca Versace, French designer Jean-Claude Jitrois, singer Ayo and the famous French artist Philippe Pasqua, as well as many other famous people.
