Glashütte Original Presents Sixties and Sixties Panorama Date Timepieces

German watch brand Glashütte Original in 2013 has expanded the collection of classic models with two novelties - Sixties and Sixties Panorama Date, whose design is inspired by the watches of 60th of the last century.
Two novelties have round polished case in diameter of 39 mm (Sixties) and 42 mm (Sixties Panorama Date) stainless steel.

Sixties and Sixties Panorama Date watches by Glashütte Original

The dials are in dark blue fitted with white Arabic numerals 12,3, 6 and 9, hour markers and a slightly curved hands, the hour and minute of which are covered with white Superluminova. The Glashütte Original’s logo adorns the dial at the 12 o'clock position. It is present on the crown placed at the 3 o’clock position. A convex sapphire glass protects the dials on both models.
The watch is collected on the base of the manufacturing mechanism Glashütte Original 39-52 (Sixties) or 39-47 (Sixties Panorama Date). The calibers provide a 40 - hour power reserve, skeletonized rotor of 21-carat gold. Both mechanisms are equipped with functions of hours, minutes and seconds. Caliber 39-47, unlike 39-52, additionally provides an indication of the date (model Sixties Panorama Date).

Both novelties are delivered on a dark blue Louisiana alligator leather strap with a buckle in brushed stainless steel.
