New Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller Watch by Rolex at BaselWorld 2012: the power of innovation and luxury of glamour

Innovations and glamour - these are the two key words that can be briefly described in the presentation of the company Rolex at the international exhibition BaselWorld 2012. The company Rolex has presented its refined mechanical timepieces and jewelry watches.
"Highlight" in the collection of complex watches is technically advanced in the execution a watch Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller with a perpetual calendar function and two time zones with simultaneous indexing. The company’s novelty, supplementing the line of Rolex watches in premium class, is impresses with innovative technologies used in the model.

Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller watches

The local time in the model is indicated by the central hands, and other time zone indicators are fixed on a rotating disk located on the dial. The date aperture at the 3 o’clock position is under a special magnifying glass. In the 12 hidden windows, placed around the circumference of the dial, are displayed the names of months. The gradation of the dial is done in Arabic and Roman numerals.
An innovative interface that connects the mechanism and a rotating bezel, allows you to adjust the current time, second time zone and date indication. Owner of the novelty for selecting individual parameters must be set the bezel Ring Command, and then by means of the winding head to continue the further installation.

Caliber 9001

The watch is designed based on the manufactory caliber Rolex Caliber 9001, certified by COSC as a chronometer.
The waterproof Oyster type case in diameter of 42 mm is available in three versions: from 18K white gold with ivory dial with Roman numerals (326,939), from 18K rose gold color with a chocolate dial and Arabic numerals (326 935 ) and from 18K yellow gold with champagne-colored dial and Arabic numerals (326,938).
The watch is delivered on elegant bracelets and alligator straps.
The price of the new Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller watch, depending on the choice of case material is 31,460 Euros and 38,900 Euros for a model with a case made of white gold.
