Tiger Woods is the new ambassador of the watch company Rolex

Recently, another watch brand (Tag Heuer) ended its 10-year partnership with the famous golfer because of a sex scandal, in which Woods was involved. The termination of so long-lasted relationships is explained by the fact that the largest market for the watch company Tag Heuer is the politically correct U.S. But every cloud has a silver lining.

The Swiss watchmaker Rolex found Tiger quite worthy of a person to advertise their models and announced a partnership with a famous golfer. In its press release the Rolex watch company said: "Rolex is convinced that in spite of temporary setbacks, Tiger Woods still has a long sports career, and that person has all the necessary qualities to write new pages in the history of golf. These failures are just another challenge for a great athlete, and the watch brand Rolex is going to support it ".

As an envoy of the watch company Rolex Tiger Woods joins now to another well-known golfer Phil Mickelson. The second ambassador of the watch brand currently holds the 10th row of the world ranking for golfers and is in competition with Tiger Woods. (Tiger today is at 51st place). Judging by the official photo, which is on the website of the watch company Rolex, there is the model Rolex Day-Date II on the wrist of Tiger Woods.
