DKSH has received 20% of the company Bovet

Swiss company DKSH, which owns a controlling stake in Maurice Lacroix, has signed an agreement with the Swiss watchmaker Bovet.
The head office of DKSH is in Zurich, 650 offices are located in 35 countries around the world: 630 - in Asia. Company staff consists of 26,000 employees. According to the net sales of DKSH in 2011 amounted to 7.3 billion Swiss francs.
DKSH under the contract will be responsible for brand Bovet in Asia (which includes marketing, sales, after-sales service). Moreover, DKSH has received 20% of the company Bovet.
