What Parmigiani Fleurier strive for?

Creative energy, passion of an artist and desire improvement is the basic ideas of all  Parmigiani masterpieces. Every detail of Parmigiani works shows a high quality of a  product and its esthetic balance. Working accurately and laboriously the company has reached the set goal – gathered at Fleurieu factory. All the necessary means for watch production were collected by experienced watch-makers, the personnel was called according to the qualification that was needed. So, well inside the manufacture all the stages of watch production are realized, starting from the experiments taken on the metal processing, case and dial design and producing, precising processing and finishing by decoration and gathering the full watch model. Total industrial independence is shown in the models of 2005 year, as well as in the new models Toric and complex models Minute Repeater, Calendar Perpetual and Calendar Perpetual Retrograde.
Watch model Chronograph Automatic was modernized and got two new dials, one of which is light-brown and another is blue.
Forma models got a new name – Kalpa and now they are in the number of new luxury types of watch design which keep in step with the tendencies and time.
In 2005 the company take part in international project of balloon flying, showing that the company is not indifferent to adventures.
A wish to be independent made many companies create and make own models. Some of them sometimes came to the market thanks to own movement production. Parmigiani Fleurier is also in the number of such companies. From the time of the foundation to the present moment the company has produced 5 calibers suitable as for automatic models so for watch supplied with tourbillon.
At a stretch on the achieved, watchmakers of the company decided to produce some complex watch-components, which are usually bought at some special vendors supplied with a warranties of a high quality. In such cases the producers of mechanic and electronic devices, who work in other spheres of manufacturing very often apply  for the movements to the components makers. Nivarox company is the first in this sphere. It makes components for watches and takes a huge part of the market producing a hing quality output.
After some years of experiments the watch-makers of Parmigiani Fleurier watch-company started to produce their output in special departments of VMF (Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier) manufacture. The production included not only springs of a high quality, but also lever devices, balances and release wheels. While Parmigiani Fleurier were using the service of traditional suppliers, they were thinking about starting producing own necessary elements in order to cover all needs and finally to bring a completely self-made product.
