New Bugatti Vitesse Watch by Parmigiani
Swiss watchmaker Parmigiani releases its new Bugatti Vitesse watch. The gorgeous novelty master was developed, inspired by the new convertible Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. The car is presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 2012. The most powerful convertible was released by the French car company Bugatti Automobiles SAS, specializing in the production of passenger cars of class "luxury" under the brand Bugatti.
On this occasion, Michel Parmigiani and his team decided to produce the same powerful model as a convertible Bugatti.
The masters have been working for two years over a unique mechanism PF372, with which the novelty is equipped.
The model Parmigiani Bugatti Vitesse has an original caliber, a case and a dial. In the model are reflected not only all the traditions of Parmigiani’s watchmaking, but modern technology, embodied in its design.

The masters of the Parmigiani have chosen titanium for the case, with which wanted to highlight and convey the elegance of the convertible, made of an alloy that combines shiny and matte colors.
The Parmigiani Bugatti Vitesse watch case with dimensions 36.0 x 50.7 mm and a height of 22.7 mm is polished and satin finish.
The original dial is made of Texalium. This is a completely new material, the name of which is made up of words TEXtile and AlumInUM.
At the top of the partially skeletonized dial there are details of the mechanism, and the lower part, at 6 o'clock position - a small ring with Arabic numerals and hands. At the bottom there is another dial to indicate the hours and minutes. This dial design was chosen to convey the powerful speed, which has a new gig.
In addition to these dials there are additional small dials with the side of the case. They are protected by six sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating.

The design of the novelty is added by the original crown, located in the lower part of the case to the right. It is made of 18-karat white gold and decorated with lapis lazuli.

Parmigiani Bugatti Vitesse watch is built on the basis of the caliber PF 372 with manual winding. Dimensions of the mechanism are: height 15.96 mm, width 25 mm, length of 37.01 mm.
The caliber, consisting of 333 parts and assembled by 40 jewels, has a frequency of 3 Hz, 21,600 vibrations per hour, 10-days reserve, as well as functions: hours, minutes and power reserve indicator.
The novelty comes on a Hermès alligator strap with a folding buckle in brushed titanium.
On the back side of the model is engraved an individual number.
