A New Pershing Openwork Tourbillon Limited Edition Watch by Parmigiani Fleurier
Swiss watch company Parmigiani Fleurier has introduced a new limited edition wristwatch Pershing Openwork Tourbillon, which is an elegant skeletonized chronograph, combining sports diving style.
The novelty is released in three versions: in the case of palladium and rubber strap, a limited number of items is 30, in the case of 18-karat gold and Hermes alligator strap, also consisting of 30 models, and in the case of palladium, equipped with a diamond-encrusted bezel and rubber strap, issued in 10 items.
The round case of the novelty has a diameter of 45 mm and a thickness of 14.2 mm. The case provides the 200-meter water resistance. The case on the top is protected with a sapphire crystal that serves as a transparent case back through which is traced the work of the watch movement. The sapphire glass is attached to the case by the rotating unidirectional bezel, graded with the diver’s markings. The watch is deprived of the traditional dial on the flange of which in this model are set applied hour indexes and black Arabic numerals.
The Pershing Openwork Tourbillon watch is designed on the basis of the manufacturing movement Pershing 511 with manual winding and skeletonized bridges and plate. The power reserve of the watch is 168 hours. Time is indexed by major central hands with a fluorescent backlight. At the tip of the central seconds hand is set the brand’s logo. The analog power reserve indicator is installed at the 12 o’clock position, and the carriage of the 30-second tourbillon is housed at the 6 o’clock position.
