New models Excalibur by ROGER DUBUIS at SIHH 2012

At the annual exhibition SIHH 2012 the Geneva watch manufactory Roger Dubuis has introduced new watch models Excalibur. These novelties are more urban, a little tighter, but still dynamic design with sharply outlined contours. 42-mm case made of pink gold with sharp corners and beveled edges perfectly emphasizes the dynamic design of the dial with a satin finish in the form of rays and embossed Roman numerals. The new models are made in accordance with entire design conception of this collection: aggregated hour indexes that replicate the contour of the case, as well as made in the style "Dauphin" grooves on the outer circumference of the case. The central hands indicating hours and minutes are also made in this style. The second hand is derived at a small dial at position 9 o’clock.
This wrist watch is assembled on the basis of the mechanism RD620 with automatic winding, carried out by using a micro rotor. This caliber is based on 35 rubies, works at a frequency of 28 800 pc / h, setting of is made in the five positions and power reserve is 52 hours. Artfully decorated caliber is set in a massive 42 mm case made of rose gold or stainless steel. Two versions of rose gold differ by dials color: model with silver and dark gray disk.
