BaselWorld 2012: Big Crown Timer Watch by Oris

At the world exhibition BaselWorld 2012 the watch company Oris has introduced a new delicious model Big Crown Timer (Ref. No. 735 7660 4264).
Big Crown Timer is a remarkable example of the unique, inherent in the brand Oris, innovative approach to the watch design. In one model the brand’s master and designers have managed to combine the classical elements of the Big Crown collection style and modern trends. The result is a perfect accessory for every enthusiast of aviation.
The recognizable feature of the Timer watch is a rotating outer ring of the scale. The round case of the novelty in diameter of 44 mm is made of steel with a dark gray PVD coating. The original dial is equipped with Arabic numerals 12, 3, 6 and 9, an aperture of the date at 3 o'clock position, an aperture of days of the week at the 9 o’clock position. The numerals and hour indices are covered with fluorescent compound Superluminova. Indication of hours, minutes and seconds is carried out by central black-and-white nickel hands, also covered with fluorescent compound.
