The architecture of the Octo watch combines several symbolic meanings: balance, perfection, eternity on the one hand, a virtuoso of watchmaking experience with the other. The structure of the watch with its crisp clean lines embodies the determination and strength of character. The well-crafted case parts - the middle part of the rim and the screwed back cover - are a complex process. Before assembling, the three parts of the case are numerous processing steps to achieving a perfect result. Designed exclusively within the walls of the BVLGARI manufacture, the new case of the Octo watch consists of 100 facets, each of which is carefully processed manually and characterized by alternating shiny and matte surfaces.

In the case of the such unusual watch is located an equally unusual mechanism - Calibre BVL 193, driving the hour, minute and second hands and date display at the 3 o’clock position. The automatic winding mechanism is equipped with double barrels and provides long-term isochronous and thus precision. The mechanical caliber BVL 193 operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations / hour (4 Hz) and provides a model of a 50- hour power reserve. The mechanism features highest quality finishes including polished studs and matte wheels. The elegant black lacquer dial, created inside the BVLGARI manufacture, emphasizes the nobility of the new model Octo.
