Two Novelties from Diagono Collection by Bulgari

This year the known company Bulgari has released a new Diagono collection, which includes two gorgeous models Diagono Moonphase and Calibro 303.
The new timepieces are equipped with enamel dials, in the champlevé technique, and a specific to the collection Diagono bezel, on which is engraved the Bulgari’s name.

The first model Diagono Moonphase, as the name implies, has a moon phase indicator. However, this is not the usage of the standard pointer with Earth satellite images, but the scale with five windows, placed at the bottom of the dial. The hand moves from left to right when the moon comes, and right to left when decreasing. The innovative display system of moon phases must be adjusted every 32 months.

The model is also equipped with retrograde indicators of days a week - between 8 and 10 o’clock position, and the date - between 2 and 4 o’clock positions. The watch operates on the base of the mechanism BVL 347, consisting of 347 components. The caliber is inserted in a 42 mm rose gold case. The novelty is released in a limited edition - 199 items.
The second model Calibro 303 is also presented in a limited edition - 500 items. The dial of the novelty features Arabic numeral 12, hour markers, hands and three pointers at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions. The date aperture is located next to the pointer at the 6 o’clock position. The model Calibro 303 operates on the base of the mechanism BVL 303, to develop of which the company’s masters spent 3520 hours.
