BaselWorld 2013: Heritage Military 1938 GMT by Longines
The watch company Longines at the annual exhibition in Basel has presented a novelty Heritage Military 1938 GMT, the design of which is made in military style.
The watch has a round case of 42 mm diameter in stainless steel. The watch water resistant - 30 meters. The matte black dial, equipped with Arabic numerals, hour markers, 4 central hands, the hour and minute of which in luminous coating green, is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. At the 3 o’clock position is the date aperture. On the periphery of the dial, there is a 24-hour scale provided to indicate the time in a second time zone. The indication is carried out by means of the red center hand.

The Heritage Military 1938 GMT watch is equipped by a Swiss automatic movement Longines L704.2 (base caliber ETA A07-171) at 24 jewels, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, 48-hour power reserve, and functions of hours, minutes, seconds, date and second time zone.
The model comes on a black synthetic strap with white stitching and a stainless steel buckle.
