Swiss watchmaker Jaquet Droz presents a new limited edition watch Bird Repeater, which combine advanced technology and achievements of Swiss watchmaking and highly artistic design of the dial.

The novelty Bird Repeater has a round case, made of 18-carat rose or white gold. Diameter - 47 mm, thickness - 18.4 mm. On the right side of the case at the 3 o’clock position is the crown, and on the left side - lever of the repeater.

It is an outstanding the professional decoration of the dial, made in the technique of engraving, enameling with onyx and mother of pearl. In the foreground, there is an image of two blue tits as a symbol of the native land of the brand founder Pierre Jaquet-Droz - Jura. Between these birds is an image of the nest with two chicks and eggs. Engravers provide a realistic view of the bird’s feathers in yellow, blue, white and black colors. The smallest details, including the tufts of grass, branches, leaves, and jack are ideally represented.

When you run the repeater, eight different animated mechanisms, operation of which provides the movement of the head and wings of birds, the movement of chicks and eggs in the nest, and the brilliance of running water, begin to trigger.
At the top of the dial, there is an additional window of black onyx with two gold hands for indicating the hours and minutes. The sapphire glass closes the original dial and is set on the backside of the model.

The new Bird Repeater watch is built on the base of the manufacturing caliber with manual winding. Jaquet Droz RMA88 mechanism on the 69 jewels has a frequency 18,000 vibrations per hour, 48-hour power reserve, as well as functions of hour, minute, minute repeater with winding barrel.
The watch comes on a leather strap in black with a buckle in white or pink gold.
The total number of the components including the mechanism is 508. The release of the Bird Repeater watch is limited - only 8 items.
