BaselWorld 2012: Chrono Khaki X-Patrol Watch by Hamilton

Swiss watch company Hamilton at the exhibition BaselWorld 2012 has introduced its new watch Khaki X-Patrol for pilots. The novelty is made in two versions: black and silver dial on steel bracelets and leather or rubber straps.
The diameter of the round case, made of stainless steel, is 42 mm. The bezel of the watches with both sides is equipped with large crowns and on the right side with the chronograph buttons. The crown on the left side is designed to control the inner ring with a logarithmic scale. With the help of the scale a pilot can calculate the speed, range, fuel consumption in flight.
Silver or black dial of the model is equipped with hour markers and three hands; hour and minute hands are covered with white fluorescent compound, as well as three counters, located at the 12, 6 and 9 o’clock positions. Dual aperture of date and day of the week is set at the 3 o’clock position.

At the periphery of the dial there is a circular logarithmic scale, which allows you to perform various calculations relating to the transfer of units in the metric system unit of the British system of measures and vice versa.
The dial is protected by an inner anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The watch water resistant - 100 meters.
The Khaki X-Patrol watch comes on a black leather or rubber strap or a steel bracelet. The model is equipped with an automatic manufactoring mechanism H 21, which is a modified caliber of the Swiss mechanism ETA Valjoux 7750. The mechanism is equipped with a 60-hour power reserve and features hours, minutes, seconds, date display, day of the week, chronograph.
To buy the Khaki X-Patrol watch is possible for 1295 Euro (model with a leather strap) and 1345 Euro (the version with a rubber strap or a steel bracelet).
