Lambda from NOMOS Glashütte

German watch company NOMOS Glashütte has released a novelty Lambda, which was presented at the exhibition Munichtime-2013, held in October this year. The model name corresponds to the 11th letter of the Greek alphabet - "lambda".

The watchcase is round, polished, made of 18 -carat white or yellow gold. Its diameter is 42 mm, thickness - 9 mm. Water-resistant - 30 meters. Placed at the 3 o`clock position, the crown is decorated with the company logo. A sapphire glass protects the silver dial, equipped with a thin black printed labels and thin blued or gilded hands. On the back cover is set a sapphire crystal, through which is possible to monitor the work of the German manufacturing movement with manual winding NOMOS DUW 1001. The caliber length 32.6 mm, width of 28.8 mm and a thickness of 3.6 mm, collected on the 29 jewels, is equipped with two barrels, hand- engraved balance bridge with “Mit Liebe in Glashütte gefertigt”, which means "With love made in Glashütte”. The caliber with a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, 84 -hour power reserve, has the capability to display hours, minutes and seconds. The caliber is adjusted in six positions.

The novelty Lambda comes on a black leather strap with a buckle in 18- carat white or yellow gold.
