New Blue Wild Face and Wild Face Watches by Swatch

The famous watch brand Swatch, which is a partner of the 55th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art, has released two original models, the design of which was developed by contemporary artists. It is a Spanish artist Jose Carlos Casado, who moved to the dial of the model Off one of his paintings.

New York-based duo GOTO Design participated in the development of two watches: Blue Wild Face (SUOZ166S) and Wild Face (SUOZ167). The unique models are equipped with dials, the image of which symbolizes the idea of combining the genius and madness.
The artists Takaya Goto (Japan) and Lesley Chi (Taiwan) graduated from university with a degree "designer" in the United States. GOTO Design is known for its creative designs. The artists worked with Massimiliano Gion over an original image of the 55th International Art Exhibition - La Biennale di Venezia.

Swatch Blue Wild Face (SUOZ166S)

The dials of Blue Wild Face and Wild Face are multi-colored figures on a black background, reminiscent of the strong and expressive images of Brut style. According to the designers, "we have experienced art from the point of view of an outsider, exploring the fine line between genius and insanity that we are not able to understand. Under the inspiration of outsider art, we have created a little crazy schedule and used bold, bright colors of the dial, providing a contrast with the simple, classic black bracelet. The design reflects the dichotomy of a split personality, like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde."

Both models are available in round black cases and are available on the silicone straps. The watch water resistant - 3 bar.
The watch was presented at an evening at the Venetian Compagnia della Vela Yacht Club.
