The Swiss watch brand Cecil Purnell at the annual exhibition BaselWorld 2013 has presented a unique novelty Regulator.
The watch has a round case, made of 18-carat white or rose gold. The complex multi-level dial features a small additional enamel dial at the 12 o’clock position with hand-painted Roman numerals in black and a single hand to indicate the hours, the central blued hand with a "Breguet apple" to indicate the minutes and small second’s hand at the 6 o’clock position located on the tourbillon carriage. A sapphire crystal protects the dial.

The novelty Regulator is assembled on the base of the manufacturing caliber with manual winding. The mechanism is compiled on the 21 jewels, has a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, 55-hour power reserve, and functions of hours, minutes and seconds.
The watch comes on a leather strap with a buckle in 18-carat white or rose gold.
The company Cecil Purnell produces this model to 50 items a year. To buy the Regulator watch is possible at a price of 210 000 Swiss francs.
