J09 Watch by Armand Nicolet at BaselWorld 2012

By combining the Swiss watch experience with a contemporary style, the company Armand Nicolet has created a new line of watches J09, presentation of which was at the annual exhibition BaselWorld 2012.
The novelty combines age-old traditions of Swiss watch industry and the incomparable classic style: the case is characterized by purity and elegance of the lines, dial – with the minimalist design, which serves a clear proof that true beauty does not need frills.

The watch dial with a three-level system of indication (central hands that show hours, minutes, seconds, indicator of date and day at the 6 o’clock position) is protected by a durable sapphire crystal. The central hands, applied digital indexes and hour markers are coated with a luminous substance that facilitates the reading at night.
The men's J09 watch collection is based on the automatic caliber AN Day-Date 2846-9 (diameter - 39 mm, thickness - 11 mm, power reserve - 36 hours). The work of a reliable mechanism can be observed through the transparent back side.

The novelty is presented in several versions:
J09 Ref. 9650A-BU-M9650 – a case, bezel and bracelet made of stainless steel 316L; dial - blue
J09 Ref. 8650A-GS-M8650 – a case made of stainless steel 316L, bezel - 18 K pink gold, combined bracelet - stainless steel and rose gold, dial - silver
J09 Ref. 9650A-MR-P865MZ2 - the case is made of stainless steel 316L; dial and strap - dark brown
J09 Ref. 9660A-BC-P660NR2 - case and bezel from stainless steel 316L; dial - silver, black strap - with white stitching.
