Baume & Mercier Presents New Clifton 1830 Watch
Swiss watchmaker Baume & Mercier has released a new model Clifton, 1830, which will be officially presented at the international exhibition SIHH-2013.
The novelty, executed in classic design, has a round polished case of 18-carat rose gold with a diameter of 42 mm and a thickness of 8.8 mm. The watch water resistant - 50 meters. At the end of the crown, which is placed at the 3 o’clock position, there is the emblem "F".
The matt white dial features Arabic numerals and applied hour indexes, as well as two central hands to indicate the hours and minutes. Display of seconds is carried out by using a small-blued hand, placed in an additional window at the 6 o’clock position. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal closes the dial.
The Clifton 1830 watch is equipped with a Swiss manual winding caliber LaJoux-Perret 7381, which was made specifically for the brand Baume & Mercier. The work of the caliber can be seen through the sapphire crystal, mounted on the backside of the watch. The mechanism is built on the 21 jewels, has a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, two barrels, providing a power reserve of 90 hours. The caliber is adjusted in five positions, perfectly trimmed and decorated, in particular with the use of Perlage and Cotes de Geneva pattern.
The novelty comes on a black leather strap with a buckle in 18-carat pink gold.
