In 2012 this famous Swiss watchmaker Breitling celebrates the 60th anniversary of its iconic collection Navitimer, production of which began in 1952. To mark the occasion the company has released a new line of limited edition Breitling Navitimer Blue Sky. A Hollywood actor John Travolta, who for many years is the official face of the brand, introduced the novelty in Singapore.

The cooperation of an actor with a brand that produces high-end pilot's watches does not by chance. John Travolta with his youth was interested in aviation, and just captivated by Breitling watches, with their high performance and professional technical equipment.
The round case of the novelty in diameter of 43 mm is made of stainless steel. The case is framed by notched, bi-directional rotating bezel, marked by a minute scale. Buttons of the chronograph surround the fluted winding crown in the 3 o’clock position on the body. Sapphire crystal protects the dial of delicate blue.

Time is indexed on the dial by means of the central hour and minute hands, which as well as hour markers, are painted with a white fluorescent substance.
