Astrolabe Tourbillon by Louis Moinet

The Swiss watchmaker Louis Moinet presents a new model, the design of which is made based on a complex of medieval Arabic astronomical instrument - the astrolabe.
The watch has a round case of 18 - carat white gold. The case with a diameter of 47 mm consists of 59 parts. Water-resistant - 30 meters. Placed at the 3 o`clock position, the crown is adorned with the Louis Moinet`s logo.
The complex dial, protected by a sapphire glass, is made in the style of an astrolabe and equipped with black Arabic numerals, hour and minute hands. The tourbillon carriage is placed at the 6 o`clock position.
The new Astrolabe Tourbillon watch operates on the base of the Swiss manual winding caliber with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, a 72-hour power reserve, and functions of hours, minutes, seconds and tourbillon.

A black leather strap with a buckle in 18 - carat white gold and titanium with black PVD-coated complements the model.
The watch is released in a limited edition of 12 items.
