Swiss watchmaker Louis Moinet has developed a special version of the model Geograph after the 225th anniversary celebration of Australia. In 1788 in Australia, was founded the first British colony.

The gorgeous novelty Geograph Australian Edition limited edition - 30 items and is dedicated to Captain James Cook and the Southern Cross constellation, stars of which can be seen on the flag of Australia. These bright stars are shining on the back of the watch Australian Edition. The back cover is decorated with a map of the journey and outlines of the James Cook’s ship. He was the first who made a detailed map of the coastline of Australia.
The model is presented in a round case of stainless steel 316L. The dial of the novelty Geograph Australian Edition, guilloché with Côtes du Jura pattern, is made in the colors of the national flag and combines red, white and blue. Chronograph counters are located at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions, the small date aperture - set at the 9 o’clock position. Next to the date aperture is small second’s hand as a star. Indication of hours, minutes and seconds is carried out by means of three central hands. Another hand, located in the center of the dial, indicates the second time zone.
