Founded in 1998, the watchmaker Andreas Strehler, within the framework of the SalonQP exhibition, has introduced the original model Sauterelle.
The novelty from the watchmaker Andreas Streller shows new developments in an attempt to solve the problem of uniform supply of energy at different levels of the spring winding. For this purpose it was used a planetary mechanism with a satellite gear, that resembles a star, "charges" from the winding spring. Every second it transmits constant energy, at the same time acting as an indicator of the "dead seconds".
