Tourby Represents Pilot Old Radium Automatic Timepiece
German company Tourby has developed a new limited edition watch Pilot Old Radium Automatic (Ref. 9030), made in the classic pilot's style.
According to the company master, except Swiss caliber, other components are produced in Germany.

The novelty has a round case, made of stainless steel and sandblasted. Diameter - 42 mm, thickness - 13 mm, water resistant - 100 meters. At the 3 o’clock position is fluted crown. The screwed back cover is engraved with coat of arms of the city of Hagen, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Federal Republic of Germany.
An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the matte black dial, equipped with Arabic numerals, hour and minute markers and hands with luminescent sand-colored. Sand color resembles the hue of radioactive radium coatings, used on the pilot's watches during the Second World War. Hence, the word «Old Radium» in the name of the novelty.

The new Pilot Old Radium Automatic watch operates on the base of the Swiss automatic caliber Sellita SW 200-1 with functions indicating the hours, minutes, seconds.
The model comes on a black leather strap on four studded with white stitching and a buckle made of stainless steel.
The watch is released in a limited edition to 50 numbered items at a price of 899 Euros.
