British watchmaker Bremont has announced the release of the novelty U2 Blue Chronometer, which will be officially presented at the annual watch exhibition BaselWorld 2013.
The model has a round case from hardened Trip-Tick stainless steel. Diameter - 43 mm, thickness - 16 mm, water resistant - 100 meters. At the 2 o’clock position is the crown, while at the 4 o’clock position – the crown of rotating inner ring control on the periphery of the dial.

An anti-reflective sapphire crystal closes the blue dial with Arabic numerals, hour markers with SuperLumiNova. The sapphire crystal, allowing observing the work of an automatic mechanism BE-36AE, is set on the screwed back cover. The caliber is officially certified by COSC as a chronometer. The mechanism is built by 25 jewels, has a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, 38-hour power reserve, and display functions of hours, minutes, seconds, day and date.
The model comes on a strap made of calf leather and a NATO strap.
